Tuesday’s Last of the Summer Wine Festival story (Perfect recipe for a memorable day) put the crowd at this year’s event at more than 500. That should have been more than 5000. The error, made by the Northland Age, was not, as festival spokesman Stewart Russell generously suggested, tongue in cheek, made deliberate­ly to reduce the cost of liquor licences for stallholde­rs next year.
