League juniors

Taitokerau Rugby League will continue its efforts to get the junior game firmly established in the district by running a junior model at Waipapakauri Domain on Wednesday nights 4pm-5.30pm starting May 1. The six-week development programme is designed for local youth — in under-7s, 9s, 11s, 13s, 15s and 17s grades — to learn the game, and will end with sides being picked to represent either Muriwhenua or Nga¯puhi in the TRL’s second Clash of the Titans tournament.
