Tax assessments

More than 2.5 million people will receive their first automatic tax assessments from Inland Revenue over the next two months, the first batch going into the mail earlier this week, continuing to the end of July, telling salary and wage earners if they will get a refund, a bill, or neither of these. Deputy Commissioner Sharon Thompson said refunds would be issued in batches rather than simultaneously.
