A Little Bull

At the Kaitaia stock sales yesterday, one item was not sold – a little bull. So Mr. Ken Lewis decided to auction the beast, and where better to go to than the Awanui Hotel?

The bull was proudly marched around the hotel bars, before many admiring eyes, and was eventually sold to Les Shalders.

By the way, who said bulls don’t drink? Luckily there was no traffic officer around afterwards to give the bull a breathalyzer test. Still, he wasn’t driving anyway.
