Northland DHB CEO Dr Nick Chamberlain has given an assurance that there is enough Covid-19 vaccine for all eligible Northlanders, and there was no need to rush. The vaccines were for Northlanders only, however. “Over the weekend we had people arrive in busloads from Auckland asking to be vaccinated, as well as a couple who had flown up from the South Island,” he said. They left disappointed.
