ASEATOUN cottage for sale for the first time in nearly 25 years has been auctioned for $330,000 above its rateable value.

‘‘It was over the road from Worser Bay beach and had openplan dining and a modern kitchen, a cosy lounge with a fireplace, and a spacious bathroom,’’ Fejos says.

The two-bedroom cottage dated to the 1920s and was on a 397sqm section with a lock-up garage.
