Awhi Farm spiced angus beef patty Lettuce
Tomato
Gherkin
Battered onion rings
Blue cheese aioli Angus beef patty
1kg angus mince beef
1 clove of fresh garlic, chopped finely 70g brown onion, chopped finely 5g fine chopped curly parsley 1 tablespoon of sumac

Mix the patty ingredients in a bowl and shape the patties – cook to your liking.
To build the burger:
Warm your brioche bun then spread 15ml of tomato sauce on the base bun.
Place your cooked angus patty on the bun. Place the lettuce on top of the patty. We suggest seasoning the leaves with salt and pepper. Place the tomato and the gherkin
It’s time for the fried battered onion rings, then spread the blue cheese aioli on the top bun.
