GADGET: Panasonic has released a new mirrorless camera that offers 4K video at an affordable price. The Lumix DMC-G7 is a digital single lens mirrorless camera that can take photos up to 30fps and is targeted toward amateur photographers. It also has wi-fi, a 16MP sensor and a 3-inch touch LCD. The Lumix DMC-G7 is available from camera retailers, priced at $1249 with a 12-42mm lens, or $1499 with a twin lens package (12-42mm and 45-150mm).
APP: The smartphone has become an indispensable cooking tool. It’s also become a great way to find and collect recipes. Kitchen Stories offers up a free collection of recipes, which users can sort in different ways. That includes sorting by course, by event and ingredient.
