Chinese premier NZ-bound for Government talks

-

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang got the jump on the New Zealand government, announcing his trip to New Zealand a day ahead of any official word here. Li’s trip to New Zealand was announced through his foreign ministry on Saturday. The New Zealand government only got around to confirming the visit yesterday. Prime Minister Bill English said Li would hold talks in Wellington and the pair would also meet business leaders in Auckland during his visit from March 26-29.
