Dingy found adrift

Police are searching for the owner of an empty dinghy found in the surf, with fresh bait inside, near a beach north of Dunedin. The 10-foot dinghy was spotted by another boatie in Blueskin Bay who reported it about 11.30am yesterday before towing it back to shore. Both oars were found inside. Police were conducting a search of the area.
