Billboard season is upon us

It’s campaign billboard time, and the vandalism has already begun – although with the bad weather and possibility of criminal sanctions, most of it has been online. So far, dressing PM Bill English up as a pizza man has been the most popular (the party’s slogan involves ‘‘delivering for New Zealanders’’), but English is one step ahead of his mockers. He’s using staples over nails, avoiding any possibility of getting filmed failing to use a hammer correctly – as John Key was last time around.
