Farmer dies

He waved goodbye to his two boys and partner after grabbing a glass of water during a break from working his West Coast farm. An hour later Bryan Edmonds was found dead in a paddock at his home in the small town of Whataroa. Edmonds is believed to have died from a genetic heart problem – a condition that killed three of his five siblings before they turned one.
