Ilex cafe much improved

I went to the botanic garden cafe on Sunday. It has improved 100 per cent since I last went.

There was a good variety of food and staff were very professional. I do not rate the council very highly but it was a good move to engage such a hospitality guru.

Schwass is not the first and definitely will not be the last to have a failed hospitality business.

It is one of the hardest industries to come up with a winner every time and often is driven by forces out of your control.

Some seem to take delight in kicking someone when they fail.
