Chances are, you had your fill of chocolate over Easter, but here’s one more excuse to over-indulge. Chocolate aficionado Luke Owen Smith is hosting a craft chocolate tasting event on Sunday, April 15. As owner of the craft chocolate subscription service, The Chocolate Bar, he’ll lead cacao connoisseurs through a one-hour session of some of the world’s finest chocolate. It’s an opportunity to learn about the beanto-bar process, master the art of identifying quality chocolate, and taste some rare and unique cacao.
