New owner

It’s great that we have a new local owner of Stuff Ltd, including The Press.

I always look forward when I come back from Melbourne to having our high quality paper to read. By comparison, The

Age, in Melbourne, which must have lots more resources, is so disappointing. Nothing much of local interest and interesting articles from round the world are sparse.

Even the local rags in each district have very little of interest. It seems there is not much happening in Melbourne, which is hard to imagine, considering the several million people there. I hope the new management of The Press can make a success of it.
