Sale is by deadline private treaty closing on July 21, unless the properties are sold earlier and marketed by Bayleys North Shore Commercial.
Agent Steven Liu said the 943sqm building was made up of the two units of 547sqm and 397sqm.
The smaller unit, with 15 onsite car parks, is fully occupied by three tenants. A ramen noodle and dumpling outlet, a bakery shop and a skincare provider, Liu said.

The property is close to the East Coast Rd, Albany Highway and the Northern Motorway.
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and AT are working on plans for a new busway station in Rosedale, to be constructed alongside the new Northern Busway Extension, improving public transport options in the area, Unka said.
Agent Michael Nees said Rosedale had experienced nearly 20 year of substantial growth.
‘‘The Rosedale Rd site’s general business zoning under Auckland’s unitary plan provides for various activities from light industrial to limited office, large format retail and trade supplies. The area allows for a building height of 16.5 metres,’’ Nees said.
