Spying controversy unveiled
The Rugby World Cup’s second week had not even started before an under siege England found the pressure on them ramp up in the wake of their loss to Wales with accusations they have been spying on arch rivals Australia. The Sun newspaper reported that a photographer was seen at the Wallabies training base in Bath and then fled when noticed, and that World Cup officials have begun an investigation. The accusation will only heighten the pressure on England as they prepare for a game against Australia on Sunday (NZ time) that could end their home World Cup campaign if they lose.
