Ultimate 90s bands headed for NZ

-

Crank out the body glitter and butterfly clips, the ultimate 90s pop concert is heading to our shores with B*Witched, Atomic Kitten, and S Club, 3?

Just a week after TLC announced they will play here in November, the 90s pop revival continues, with Metropolis announcing all three bands will play one show in Auckland in February next year.

Unfortunately for S Club fans, only a discounted version will be heading over.

S Club 3, made up of remaining members Jo O’Meara, Bradley McIntosh and Tina Barrett, will Bring It All Back to You for an S Club Party, minus of course Rachel Stevens, Paul Cattermole, Hannah Spearritt, and Jon Lee.

It will be the first time Atomic Kitten’s Kerry Katona, Natasha Hamilton, and Michelle Heaton have performed in New Zealand, bringing with them hits such as Whole Again, The Tide is High, It’s Okay, and Eternal Flame.

The bands will be supporting Irish 90s pop princess B*Witched, who splashed on to the pop music scene with their 1998 hit C’Est La Vie, following up their success with tracks like Blame It on The Weatherman, Rollercoaster, Jessie Hold On, and To You I Belong.

Off the back of a sold-out UK Arena tour, the three-act show will be at Auckland’s ASB Theatre for Waitangi Weekend, on February 4, 2017.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale at 2pm today until tomorrow at 5pm. General sales start September 1 at noon, at Metropolistouring.com.
