New exhibition at gallery

A new exhibition has opened at the Eastern Southland Gallery as part of the Gore district’s Suffrage 125 event calendar. Against The Grain draws together works by notable New Zealand women artists from the Gallery’s permanent collection, including Mabel Hill, Kathleen Salmond and Connie Lloyd. The exhibition runs until December 9.
