Drugs found

Timaru police found 80 seedlings and marijuana plants at a house in Pareora on Friday afternoon when conducting a routine visit. Sergeant Kevin McErlain said it took police by surprise. ‘‘It was unrelated and unexpected.’’ Police are looking for a male in relation to this discovery but by yesterday afternoon had not yet spoken to him.
