Waimate Bicycle Event: Racing includes sprints, slow races, slalom and endurance races. Racing commences at 12pm with registration at 11am.

South Canterbury Aviation Heritage Centre. Situated at Richard Pearse Airport will be opening its museum and hangar on Sundays and Tuesdays from this Sunday until next winter.
