Fiona Townsend has proven pies don’t have to be fatty or greasy to be delicious. The Replenish Cafe chef’s organic and leek pie won silver in the Cafe Boutique category of the Bakels NZ Supreme Pie Awards. Well done Fiona, can’t wait to sample one!
