■ On Monday a 29-year-old Timaru man was arrested for breaching bail.

■ A Timaru man was arrested and charged with breaching a protection order about 11.30pm on Monday.

■ A burglary was reported at a truck maintenanc­e business on Old North Rd overnight on Monday where a number of vehicle batteries were reported stolen.

■ A driver was charged with drink-driving after blowing 600 micrograms per litre of breath, as well as driving while forbidden and having two warrants for arrest, after being stopped by police at the Countdown supermarke­t on Church St, at 10.35pm on Sunday. The passenger in the vehicle was charged with disorderly behaviour.
