Rest home needs volunteers

Volunteers are being called on to help with activities at Fairlie’s Moreh House. The voluntary work can be undertaken once a week, once a month, or just once in a while at the rest home facility. Activity ideas include playing a musical instrument, reading out loud for 30 minutes,organising a game that can be played from a chair such as chair bowling, bean bag toss, Bingo, providing a craft activity, or showcasing a talent such as dancing, singing, karate. Any ideas that engage the residents, uplift their spirits and which makes personal connections are welcomed. For more information contact Erin on 0210 847 8373.
