The Good Party: 7pm to 11.59pm at Peppers Bluewater Resort, a fundraiser for Lake Tekapo School. All money raised will go towards an outdoor learning space.

Balls ‘n Bingo: 7pm to 11pm at the Richard Pearse Tavern. Join two Christchur­ch drag queens Miss Shaniqwa and Lady Bubbles, for a game of bingo.

Lake Tekapo Hot Ice Tournament: From 9pm tonight at Tekapo Springs. Players are required to assist the goal scored and prizes are awarded for most assists not goals.

Twizel Pink Ribbon Breakfast: From 9am at The Musterers Hut, includes a compliment­ary coffee and a cooked breakfast. Help fund breast cancer research, education and patient support. Tickets are $28.

Break Out For A Cruise: 10am to 2pm, from Autotech Panel and Paint, at Redruth. The workshop will be open to check out some project cars before heading to Raincliff Station, on to Tekapo.

Drift Inn King of Levels RD1: 1.30pm to 4.30pm at Levels Internatio­nal Raceway, a range of racing on display.

Spirit of Rock n Roll Dance: 7pm to 10pm, The Timaru Rock and Roll Club’s 33rd birthday at Street Food Kitchen.

Timaru Harness Club Races: First race at 12.24am at the Phar Lap Raceway, Timaru. Free entry, food and totes, and activities for children.

Waimate Community Market: 9am to 12 noon on Saturdays at Seddon Square.

Geraldine Craft and Produce Market: 8.30am to 3.30pm every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday in Cox St.

Aigantighe Art Gallery: Open noon to 4pm, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Plunket Art Show on until May 29.
