Police notebook

■ A Timaru man was arrested on Douglas St at 9.30am on Wednesday for failing to appear in court. Another Timaru man was arrested at 11am on Wednesday on Sefton St for failing to appear in court.

■ A Christchurch man was arrested at 3am on Catherine St yesterday and was due to appear in court on failing to stop charges, which happened in Christchurch. Senior Sergeant Dylan Murray said the man was also charged with receiving and possession of MDMA.
