Turn that music down

The TV Guide - - MR TELLY -

We enjoy watching programmes such as Lost & Found, Police 10-7 and The Force but, unfortunately, they are increasingly hard to hear because of the loud, unnecessary background music which takes over and dominates every programme. It is totally annoying and for older people with hearing difficulties it spoils every programme on TV. When are the authorities going to realise they have a responsibility to provide entertainment which can be heard and enjoyed by all people in the community? Please treat us with some respect and delete the so-called questionable “music” from these shows.

The Simpson family (Nelson)

I love the programme Lost & Found but the constant music makes it so hard to hear the people talking. It is so unnecessary and hard on the elderly who can’t often hear with background noise going too. It is the same with The Chase. Even the Chasers seem to be struggling to hear when doing the final chase. Please get it to stop so we can enjoy TV.
