Starring Frank Grillo, Bruce Willis. Director Brian A. Miller.
Willis, erstwhile action hero, is a bit of an afterthought here: thrown into this generic take-the-bad-guy-down 89-minuter as credits clickbait. Frank Grillo is top billed, playing a bank manager trying to stop the man, who robbed his bank and killed a co-worker, from striking again. Willis makes an occasional appearance as an ex-cop and neighbour of Grillo’s character who offers him emotional support and practical advice. A cynic may well suspect he’s there to ease Grillo’s way into becoming the sort of box-office draw Willis himself once was. The one departure from formula is the bad guy himself, who garners some audience sympathy for his motive.
