Shameful number of repeats

-

I’ve had to write to express my disdain at the lack of TV programmes worth seeing. It seems to be repeat after repeat, mixed with old films, poor American versions of good British comedies (e.g. Camping and Shameless), food, singing or building competitions and comedy shows/comedians who spend too much time laughing at their own jokes. What’s happened to entertaining programmes like I’m A Celebrity (the UK not the Oz one, as again the female host spends too much time laughing at herself) and good old-fashioned family TV without graphic violence and sex? I guess I will have to start reading again. PS. Thanks, TVNZ 1, the new Coro set-up works for me as I record and watch when I’m ready.
