Terms and Conditions

• If the winner is younger than 18 years of age they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Flights and accommodation are for two people only. • The day and time of the visit will be at the absolute discretion of South Pacific Pictures Limited after consultation with the winner and is subject to change for any reason. • The winner (and/or parent or guardian if appropriate) will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and an appearance release form, and must comply with South Pacific Pictures Limited’s requests and instructions including those relating to health and safety. • To the extent permitted by law, South Pacific Pictures Limited is not liable for any claims or damages (whether direct, indirect or consequential) incurred in connection with this prize. • Other incidental expenses other than those listed as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the winner will not receive any remuneration for his or her appearance. • Because of the nature of television production, the winner must understand that the scene(s) in which he or she appears may not necessarily end up in the finished programme. • Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, sold or transferred. Employees of Stuff Limited, TVNZ and South Pacific Pictures, associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families and agencies are not permitted to enter. The decision of the general manager of Stuff Limited is final. Travel prizes do not include insurance, taxes, transfers, food and alcohol other than that specified. Travel and accommodation are subject to availability and must be taken within 12 months. The competition is open to New Zealand residents only. Entries are the property of The TV Guide and may be used for promotional purposes by Stuff Limited or by the supplier(s) of the prizes.
