Fi (Middleton) is shocked to discover that her house has been sold without her knowledge but that’s just the first in a series of surprising events in this four-part thriller.

Hosted and narrated by operatic soprano Danielle de Niese, this documentar­y celebrates the life and career of Dame Kiri Te Kanawa through archival footage and interviews with the Kiwi diva herself.

Emily Blunt, left, (A Quiet Place) stars in this twisty 2016 thriller as a woman whose obsession with a missing persons investigat­ion takes her to very unexpected places.

The First Lady SoHo, 9.30pm

This anthology series explores the lives of three of America’s most famous first ladies – Eleanor Roosevelt, Betty Ford and Michelle Obama –and how their lives interconne­ct over more than 80 years of history. Story p14.

MONDAY Bradley Walsh & Son: Breaking Dad TVNZ 1, 8pm

The Larkins’ stars Bradley and Barney Walsh fire up their trusty RV once more for a European holiday. This season, the pair are enjoying a spot of free diving in Croatia and catamaran racing in Hungary.

After a long hiatus, assassin turned actor Barry (Bill Hader) returns for season three. And this time, his acting coach Gene Cousineau (Henry Winkler, left) may have finally discovered Barry’s secret. Story p24.

It’s the series that rips its storylines straight from the headlines. 9-1-1 returns, starring Oliver Stark, (above), with the threat of a major blackout hanging over the city and an overload of callouts for the emergency services team.

WEDNESDAY Tom Allen’s Quizness TVNZ 2, 9.30pm

He’s best known for scrutinisi­ng sweets on Bake Off: The Profession­als but now comedian Tom Allen has turned his attention to the comedy quiz. There’s a big cash prize up for grabs for contestant­s but the catch is they must prove their quiz skills by answering the questions in ridiculous fashion.

THURSDAY Rhys Darby: Mystic Time Bird Three, 8.30pm

Kiwi comedian Rhys Darby brings his eccentric humour to this stand-up special. In Mystic Time Bird, he muses on his past life as a bird, alien technology and ancient mysticism.

Finding Alice eden, 8.30pm

Keeley Hawes (Bodyguard) and Joanna Lumley star as mother and daughter in this comedy drama. The sudden demise of Alice’s (Hawes) husband Harry in their brand new dream home uncovers a litany of secrets and lies. Story p6.

FRIDAY Around The World In 80 Days Three, 8.30pm

If you recently watched the television adaptation of this classic story, now might be the time to see how it stacks up this 2004 big screen version starring Steve Coogan (The Trip) as intrepid traveller Phineas Fogg. To win a bet, Phineas embarks on a trip around the world in exactly 80 days.
