Any quick tips for people willing to try a plant-based diet?
Try some new things, see what you like and find new favourites that you can have and enjoy a couple of nights a week. Food is something very close to our hearts and I encourage people to let themselves gradually fall in love with new things so it’s a fun experience rather than a sudden shock.
