Are you keen to learn to sail for summer?
The Katikati Boating Club starts its 2018/19 season next weekend on October 27-28.
Saturday, October 27 will be the first of the club’s learn to sail classes, which starts at 10am.
On Sunday October 28 there are the first of the 10 race days for the season. Some days will have two races, depending on conditions.
The programme dates and briefing times for all classes are October 28 at 10am, November 11 at 10am, November 25 at 9.30am, December 9 at 9.30am. 2019 — January 13 at 12.30pm, January 27 at 1pm, February 10 at 11.30am, February 24 at 11.30am, March 10 at 10.30am, March 24 at 10am, closing day. All races will be handicaps based on ratings.
The trailer sailor division will also have a few extra cruising events later in the month.
