A flight attendant. Didn’t we all want to be one of those back then?!

How long have you been in the real estate industry and what drives your success?

I have been in the industry for seven years, my first year in admin and six years as an agent.

What motivates you to succeed?

I started my career as a single mum with two young kids. I had to work extra hard for them and it’s really important for me to show my now, three boys, the value of hard work.

What interests do you have outside of real estate?

I love spending time with my partner and three boys. They definitely keep me busy! I love the beach, travel, shopping and of course good food and wine.

When a client misses out on a property they really wanted. Although, it just makes me more determined to find them another perfect house.

Waiheke Island – Wineries, coffee, beaches! What more could you want??

Who do you look up to in terms of your career?

All the successful women who juggle kids, after school activities, date night and making it to the office without marmite on their white shirt!

What advice would you give to prospective vendors in the current market?

Make sure you list your property with an agent that you trust and work together to ensure you come up with realistic goals that you are happy with.

Outside of your career, what achievement are you most proud of?

As cheesy as it sounds, my three beautiful boys.

To anyone looking into getting into the real estate industry, what advice would you give them?
