Fatal collisions

One person died and two others were seriously injured in a two-car crash in Invercargill, about 8.30pm on Sunday. A woman travelling in the same vehicle as the deceased was in a stable condition, and a man travelling in the other vehicle was in a critical condition, police said. And one person died in a crash at Orari in South Canterbury about 2.20pm on Sunday.
