Fieldays is giving a cash and experience to two management students. The New Zealand National Fieldays Society Inc scholarships provide students with a mix of cash, mentoring, and work experience and are said to be worth $10,000 each, overall. Wintec third year students Jamie Hodge and Kimberley Snook won the 2018 awards. Hodge - a regular Fieldays attendee - got the Doug Baldwin Event Management Scholarship. Snook is a third-year accounting student who will join the finance team to apply the theory she has been learning. The awards are named after life members Doug and Kaye Baldwin, who were at the awards ceremony. To be eligible for the scholarship students must be enrolled in the Bachelor of Applied Management (Level 7). For more information visit nznfs.co.nz.
