Fiel­d­ays is giv­ing a cash and ex­pe­ri­ence to two man­age­ment stu­dents. The New Zealand Na­tional Fiel­d­ays So­ci­ety Inc schol­ar­ships pro­vide stu­dents with a mix of cash, men­tor­ing, and work ex­pe­ri­ence and are said to be worth $10,000 each, over­all. Win­tec third year stu­dents Jamie Hodge and Kim­ber­ley Snook won the 2018 awards. Hodge - a reg­u­lar Fiel­d­ays at­tendee - got the Doug Bald­win Event Man­age­ment Schol­ar­ship. Snook is a third-year ac­count­ing stu­dent who will join the fi­nance team to ap­ply the the­ory she has been learn­ing. The awards are named af­ter life mem­bers Doug and Kaye Bald­win, who were at the awards cer­e­mony. To be el­i­gi­ble for the schol­ar­ship stu­dents must be en­rolled in the Bach­e­lor of Ap­plied Man­age­ment (Level 7). For more in­for­ma­tion visit nznfs.co.nz.
