Pair rob dairy

Two men wielding a pair of hedge-clippers have robbed a Hamilton dairy of cash. Police are now appealing for anyone who saw the pair fleeing through a park off Masters Ave in Hillcrest yesterday to contact police. The pair, dressed in dark clothing, entered the Masters Ave superette around 8.15am, Detective Mike Handley of Waikato police said. Wearing a balaclava and hoodie, the pair carried a pair of green-handled hedge clippers and a large sports bag. No one inside was injured. Both men are described as Ma¯ori - one of large build and medium height - and were both wearing black clothing.
