Making good use of pensioners

As pensioners make up one third of our population, the mature part, we can see backwards to go forwards. Those of us wise enough to live longer understand the hows, wheres, whens, whos, and whys of life’s progress. As the volunteer army grows into achievement without money or taxes, showing us the way.

Sixty seven councils with 871 members need to join this army of service to grow the Inner Smile.

This saving alone reduces rates and demonstrates to the ratepayers their true dedicated efforts to lower costs that we are able to pay. This opening of this released blessedness then is able to clearly see our cleanup changes of water, waste, air and soil.
