Free hear­ing checks avail­able

Help is at hand for those suf­fer­ing from hear­ing loss, with a free ser­vice avail­able to iden­tify prob­lems and so­lu­tions.

A free hear­ing ther­apy ser­vice funded by the Min­istry of Health can steer peo­ple in the right di­rec­tion to find the right help for their sit­u­a­tion.

Anne Great­batch of Life Un­lim­ited Hear­ing of­fer­sWairarapa peo­ple free con­sul­ta­tions to help them as­sess their per­sonal sit­u­a­tion and see what can be done to im­prove it. Not only can a con­sul­ta­tion put peo­ple on the path to get­ting tech­no­log­i­cal so­lu­tions but Great­batch can work with them to get the con­fi­dence to live nor­mally.

Even if some­one is not at the stage where they need a hear­ing aid they may ben­e­fit from a con­sul­ta­tion with a hear­ing ther­a­pist who can give ad­vice.

Life Un­lim­ited Hear­ing is a char­i­ta­ble trust and is not aligned with any au­di­ol­ogy brand or prod­uct.

They have a con­tract with the Min­istry of Health to pro­vide hear­ing ther­apy ser­vices.
