Rail workers plan to strike

Rail workers have voted to take industrial action against company Transdev. Transdev will be meeting with the union on Monday to negotiate pay rises. If no solution is found, Rail and Maritime Transport Union workers will have an overtime ban on Wednesday, followed by further labour withdrawal. Union organiser Rudd Hughes hopes they’ll come to agreement before action is taken.
