Best vegan sausage

New Zealand’s first Vegan Society Sausage Awards took place on June 21, with 30 sausages from 16 producers vying for top place. The winner was the Beyond sausage. Judge Aaron Brunet said it “nailed all the essentials of a great sausage”.
