Cook Islands bubble

The quarantine-free travel bubble between New Zealand and the Cook Islands is getting under way. Starting today, there will be two to three flights per week from Auckland into Rarotonga, lifting to daily flights from July. Auckland Airport general manager Aeronautical Commercial Scott Tasker says it means people can get out of their own backyards as the months get colder.
