Cooper’s best shot

Mountain biking: It’s a waiting game for mountain biker Anton Cooper. The national champion has backed up last weekend’s sixth in the opening round of the World Cup in Germany with an eighth in the Czech Republic at the final Olympic selection race. Cooper said he had done everything asked of him to confirm his ticket for Tokyo.
