Prizes up for grabs with the Summer Reading Challenge!

Registrations are now open to enter Whanganui District Library’s Summer Reading Challenge! The purpose of the challenge is to get the Whanganui community engaging with library staff, services and of course the library’s great collection of reading and other material.

The challenge is open to every library member in the Whanganui district aged 13 years and older, and there are five $50.00 book vouchers from Paige’s Book Gallery up for grabs. The prizes will be drawn on Library Lovers’ Day (14 February 2022) with winners contacted then announced on the district library’s Facebook page.

Register for the Summer Reading Challenge and collect your guide at either the Davis, Gonville or mobile libraries. If you’re not a library member, bring your ID with you and the friendly library staff will sign you up.
