Yum yum Dip seems like a silly name but ev­ery­one who tastes this sauce says ‘yum!’ It makes a great dress­ing for Asian sal­ads, but for a cock­tail party I like to serve it as a dip with raw or lightly blanched as­para­gus spears, green beans, snow peas and other veg­eta­bles.
