Crafted by ex-pat Brits and food technologi­sts Steve Pellet and Bridget Ennals from their tiny vineyard situated at the foot of Mount Tapuaeo-uenuku, the Stanley Estates Noble Harvest Marlboroug­h Sauvignon Blanc 2014, $28, is quite the most insanely delicious drop to enjoy with toffee oranges and kiwifruit. The vineyard is named after “Stanley”, their trusty Land Rover and it’s a workhorse piece of dirt that produces sauvignon blanc that is versatile enough to both snappy-dry and sexy-sweet styles.
