New executive spaces planned for Takutai Sq

-

New Zealand co-working operator Generator is to develop a luxurious new executive space in Auckland’s Takutai Square.

Generator CEO and co-founder Ryan Wilson, says the site will be located across three upper levels at 11 Britomart Pl, including two large boardrooms, an in-house cafe and dual members-only private lounge bars. As at other Generator sites, there will be private lift access and concierge services. The contemporary fit-out will be enhanced by extensive sea views, which tenants can view from numerous balconies, he says.

“In addition to co-working spaces, the new location will offer high-end serviced office options for residents seeking greater privacy, with spaces designed to cater for teams of five to 30,” says Wilson. “Upon launch the Takutai Square space will set a new standard for work spaces throughout New Zealand.”

Wilson adds that spaces will be purpose-built to offer businesses the “perfect fit” space for them, whatever their needs.

“As New Zealand businesses continue to grow and shine on the world stage, they increasingly want the option of working out of this sort of facility. There’s demand for a premium co-working and serviced office experience and Takutai Square will deliver on that.”

Launch of the new site continues a recent burst of growth for Generator, following last month’s opening of two new premium spaces within the GridAKL Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct Mason Brothers and 12 Madden St. The Takutai Square space will be available for tenancy from May 2018.
