Colliers International is marketing the 7802sq m freehold property at 681 Rakaunui Rd, Taupo¯, for sale by negotiation.
Broker Tom Lyons says the property is close to both of the region’s major state highways and the Taupo¯ urban area.

“He sold his business in February 2017 to the current tenant, who is now vacating the property.
