Jon Toogood has gone in a completely different direction with the latest Adults album, Haja. Along with the Sudanese influence, courtesy of his wife and their wedding in Khartoum, the album features a whole host of talented Kiwi artists that you may not expect to hear alongside the Shihad frontman, including Estere, Raiza Biza and Emily C. Browning. The Adults are performing tonight at the Powerstation for what will be a decidedly different show from anything else you’ve seen Mr Toogood do.
