Ponsonby building

A 180sq m single-level building on a 245sq m freehold corner site 12-14 Fitzroy St, Ponsonby, has sold following a Bayleys’

Total Property auction for $2.62m at a 4.24 per cent yield on its two tenancies, through Damien Bullick and Alan Haydock of the Auckland City & Fringe division. The property’s Mixed Use zoning allows for commercial and residentia­l developmen­t up to four levels.

Parklane Takapuna

The Parklane Motor Inn at 2 Rewiti Ave, Takapuna, has sold for $10.6m in a deal brokered by Colliers Hotels’ national director Dean Humphries and investment sales broker Gawan Bakshi. The 2160sq m motor inn has 32 rooms and 40 off-street car parks, on a 3096sq m site.

Tauranga motel complex

A 2755sq m site with four road frontages and a 1160sq m 20-unit motel complex at 60 Harington St, Tauranga, has sold for $8,025,000 with vacant possession through Brendon and Lynn Bradley, Bayleys Tauranga. A City Centre Zone provides redevelopm­ent options up to a height of 49m.

Alexandra property

A Central Otago investment property leased to PGG Wrightson has sold for $1.35m, at a yield of 8 per cent. The property at 85-87 Tarbert St, Alexandra, has a 939sq m of retail showroom, office and warehouse space on two freehold titles with a combined area of 2024sq m. The deal was brokered by Mark Simpson and Rory O'Donnell of Colliers Queenstown.

Herne Bay character

A 315sq m refurbishe­d two-level villa with character office accommodat­ion at 88 Jervois Rd, Herne Bay, has sold for $4.2m at a 2.92 per cent yield through Alan Haydock and Damien Bullick of Bayleys. On a 652sq m site zoned Mixed Use, it is leased to multiple tenants.

Porirua commercial

A 660sq m warehouse and showroom on an 854sq m freehold property at 10 Norrie St, Porirua, has sold for $1.1m. The off-market deal was brokered by Colliers’ Vince Southee and Dean Anderson

Albany warehouse

A 527 sq m industrial building at 13 Piemark Dr, Albany, sol for $1.55m though Matt Mimmack and James Kidd, Bayleys North Shore. It has 410sq m of warehousin­g, 117sq m of offices and amenities and nine car parks.

Penrose facility

Colliers’ industrial specialist­s Hamish West and Paul Higgins have brokered a design-build deal for a 6600sq m industrial facility on a 2.49ha site at 15-21 Bell Ave, Penrose. It is to be developed by Southpark.

Old Ezibuy building

An overseas vendor has sold a 2500sq m building at 208 John F Kennedy Dr, Palmerston North, to an owner-occupier for $2.222,000. Ed Donald, Bayleys Auckland and Dave Looney, Bayleys Manawatu, marketed the 1980s vintage former Ezibuy head office/call centre, which was vacant for over a year.

Mt Wellington building

A 2180sq m office and warehouse on a 4500sq m site at 4 Rakino Way, Mt Wellington, has sold for $4.45m, at a yield of 6.53 per cent, brokered by Colliers industrial directors Ben Herlihy and Joshua Franklin.
